Would you hire a nanny with facial piercings?

I wouldn't, but then I'm not very conservative. What I would look for is experience and qualifications. But, you can be sure that there are some who will have a problem with it. Personally, I would ask right out in an interview if it bothers them and if they would prefer that you not wear them around the kids.
