Grandparents Rights I need help?

I have had my twin granddaughters since they were born. The maternal mother couldn't take care of them so she left them with me (The Materanl Grandmother) Now that CPS is involved she wanted the babies back and can't take care of them.. CPS took her side even thought she has a case with her oldest child. What can i do?
