Can commuter students join Zeta Phi Delta in college?

Since they have a Commuter Lounge you would think so. You just don't join a sorority. You go through the rush process, then the pledge process, then initiation. Then you have "joined" a sorority. When I was in college, we had a couple of commuter guys in our fraternity. Not living in the house they did miss out on a lot of fun and spontaneous activities.
