I'm a Yahoo group moderator and I decided to set one users' email/post status to "moderated".?

Now I see that they've posted twice ("2 Messages Waiting For Approval"). I'm trying to review their posts and see if they are proper or meant to begin a flame war. But I can't find any way to view their emails/posts in order to actually "moderate" them. How is this done? Or is "moderate" just Yahoo's way of saying "block" (a member's posts)?
