Dream interpretation of a white balloon?

In my dream, i was trying to hold a white balloon strongly ascending up in the sky. While trying to control its ascend, i phoned someone ( a person i've been dating for several years now, whom i nurture very special feelings). I didn't know my purpose of calling him but while talking with him, i overheard female young voices at the background and that made me upset. He hanged up and i tried to call him thrice but he didn't answer any of my calls. The white balloon still floating, with me tightly holding on to its string. What could this dream means?
