What is the best way to get them to say yes?

So I'm extremely attracted to this stranger who unfortunately happens to be a bit of a celebrity. I couldn't care less about that, but I know they are so weary of people that aren't in the business. Any ideas about how I could ask this person out without coming across like some obsessed fan? I just want 1 date. Perhaps we wouldn't even get along, but I'd at least like a shot. Ideas?
