So i got a perm about a week ago and when she was done it looked like i didnt get a perm at all?

school is about to start and i dont wanna go back looking like this, i honestly always wear braides so i dont get a perm that often like ever two to four months...so how long should i wait to get it repermed again and is it ok to use creme of nature leave-in conditioner and a fantasia heat protectant at the same time befor straightening your hair and i have a chi straightner and i dont wanna spend 20 dollars on the chi product is it ok if i use the fantansia heat protectant on my hair??
