My st. poodle has brown spots on his tummy that are scab-like, about 4 of them, small. he is not neutered. ?

at 8 wks he had a spot like these, but the vet was unconcerned. he is now 31/2, healthy appetite, playful, smart/alert, good poos. his first year he had horrible ear problems, went through many meds and painful procedures. Sammy is my best friend, and i feed him cannidae with leftover meat and fresh veggies. He hasn't had an accident in the house since 1 time when i first brought him home=wow. i worry in the am when i let the other dogs immediately out for their bathroom break, he doesn't seem to be in a hurry at all, but he does piddle right away when we go out-he's extremely loyal, so i guess he wants to wait until i can personally take him out. i have not wanted to "fix" him, i realize all the dangers, but my last good friend died from being neutered. okay that sounds lame, but he means everything to me.
