I have changed my diet for all organic foods. I eat raw salads for lunch packed with fatty fish oiled salmon i am taking vitamins and i am eat a healthy breakfast of organic cereal and drinking protein shakes. Along with eating 5 meals a DAy ... and eating a lot of fruits and veggies. I work out 4 timeevery weekek doing muay thai kickboxing for about an hour. I feel like i have lost a few inches ... i have only been doing this for about a month and a half... why do you think i am not losing weight as dramaticallyly?
