What do my symptoms mean?

im 13 and while its possible thy might not mean anything, its better safe than sorry...but for the past week i've been having worse back pains than before (i've had mild back problems for a while now so that doesn't concern me that much), i've been having horrible headaches and i constantly feel like im on the brink of throwing up (which i have yet to actually do)
