My dog got hold of thermal silver compound while I was out. What should I do?

I do not know if there was anything left in the tube but I think there was some left because I would have thrown it away if it was empty. I looked at his tongue and didn't see any silver on it so I'm not sure if he ate any of it or not. There is also very small silver spots on the carpet which leads me to believe there was not a lot in it. I want to take him to the vet but they are closed today (damm holidays, I swear...). He seems fine right now, only a little fat maybe, but otherwise nothing yet. I looked online for answers through MSDS sheets but they say if it is ingested to consult with a doctor to determine if treatment is necessary.
