Why is my cpu running so hot, is this a dangerous temp?

i have a dual cpu computer (ready built) that runs at the same temperature, and it has a liquid cooling system too. i think it's fine though, because if the cpus were to overheat, the fans usually start spinning faster or the computer just shuts down automatically.
