Reoccurring dream of teeth breaking? ?

When I first got pregnant about a year and half ago (already had the baby), I started to have dreams about my teeth, not just falling out, but I would like bite them and they would crack and it would be painful and sometimes it would be really gory with blood etc, but every time I have the dream I ALWAYS bite them or clench my jaw causing them to break and shatter sometimes, and most of the time it seems to be my front teeth. I have never had these dreams until I was pregnant and ever since, have had them quite frequently, does it mean anything?
