My Puppy had a Knee Surgery 2 weeks ago and just now i saw he have a Lump on his knee What Could of cause it?

the surgery happen like 2 weeks ago after the surgery he staterd walkin normal just now i saw the lil lump on his knee nd he still walkin normal...Im very worried bout my puppy
