Is there a law that I do not know about that allows Democrats not too pay taxes?

Charlie Rangel, Timothy Geithner, John Kerry, Tom Daschle, Al Franken, Nancy Killefer, Hilda Solis, too name a few who owe taxes but have not paid them.
