If you have ALL the signs of being pregnant but you get your period, is it still possible to be pregnant?

ok i have all the nighs for it and my period was almost 2 weeks late and then it finally come for like 3 days and then its gone ? i never took a test because the right time to buy one hasnt come yet. is it possible i could still be pregnant?
