I want to understand a women's mind?

I have developed a sort of platonic relationship with a co worker who is also married , but i don't know how to proceed further because her reactions are confusing, sometimes she flirts with me and some times she appears timid, but i really like her and wish to have a relationship and I seem to be deeply engrossed with her thoughts, I do not how how to explain further , please advice where it will end?
