I have anger issues. Help?

I have REALLY bad anger issues. If I play a game, and I don't get my way i get really mad and i want to scream but i can't so i go and bit a pillow and try to break something and i go completely crazy. as i'm typing this i go crazy when it underlines a word to tell u its wrong and i literally scream at the computer screen. help me??
