I get up at 6:30 a.m and run outside. When I get back Im starving!! I tried everything! Any clues?

I tried berry smoothies, fruit and yogurt parfaits, and bran muffins?!? I will try anything!!! If anyone has anything but they dont think will work idc, give me either a recipe, or a website. Thank-you for trying to make my breakfasts worthwhile!! (please no nonsense such as a soda and beer) THANK_YOU
