Electric fireplace blows the circuit breaker?

Can someone point me in the right direction on how to repair my fireplace, I want to try and fix it my self but if i can't i will bring it somewhere, but what could be wrong with it that makes it blows the circuit? It's a small move able fireplace if that help at all.
